We provide free premium shipping with USPS Priority Mail on every order — no minimums, no catches.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Most domestic addresses receive orders within 2 business days of shipment
  • Remote or rural locations may require 3 business days
  • Shipments to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico) and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail but may require additional transit time beyond standard 2-day estimates
  • Untapped Supplement is not responsible for delays caused by USPS once your order has been handed off to the carrier — while we ship USPS Priority Mail on every order, we cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates

Order Processing: Orders placed on business days typically ship the same day. All orders ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships you will receive an automated tracking notification at the email address provided at checkout. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before reaching out. Tracking information originating from USPS may lag at times beyond our control; allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to begin to populate correctly.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Untapped Supplement is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer. If you catch an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, please allow 24 hours as carriers occasionally scan packages early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Shipping Destinations: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We do not currently ship outside of U.S. jurisdiction.
